Yet Rashi in different places lists kibud av va'em, Shabbos (שבת), dinim, and Parah Adumah, seemingly giving us four new mitzvos instead of three. The shiur also asks why the phrase "ka'asher tzivcha" (as you were commanded) appears only in the second Luchos in Parshas Va'eschanan, not in the first Luchos in Parshas Yisro, which were given closer in time to Marah. If the Torah (תורה) wants to remind us of the commandment given at Marah, why wait until the second Luchos, given months later on Yom Kippur?
